We encountered failures with new agent registrations/installation for Data Integrity Suite. Our team is actively investigated the root cause and released a fix to restore full functionality within an hour of identifying the issue.

The following modules and features were known to be impacted at the time:
- New agent registrations and installations
- Cataloging

The technical issue which began at 2:45 AM EST was resolved by 3:45 AM EST. At this time full functionality has been restored. We will continue to monitor our systems.
