Identified

At 9:05 ET Precisely Data Integrity Suite began experiencing a site-wide outage. The following is known to be impacted at this time -

- Certain UI functionality may be read-only; interactions may return errors (e.g. 503) or time out
- Other UI components may fail to load entirely like Workflow, Profiles, Quality Rules
- Generating API tokens will fail
- Agent will appear unhealthy

The Emergency Response Team has identified the issue and the fix is being deployed and it is estimated that the functionality will be restored in approximately 120 minutes.

We are working to address a technical issue with the Precisely Data Integrity Suite in the US region. This is a site wide outage and all the modules are known to be affected at this time.

Some UI functionality is read-only and may return errors or time out upon interaction, while other UI functionality may fail to load.
